Ever since I opened my first business venture in 1991 as an electronics shop, I started looking for ways to excel as a company. To be innovative, effective and efficient and at the same time be environment conscious. Over the time I have shaped my business and fortunately I found a good team to realize the following virtues which make us different:
Consistency – What would it take to deliver consistency that our consumers can count on, so that they know what to expect each and every time they buy a product from us. No A team and B team, and no greenbeans. Just seasoned professionals with similar values, talents, and motivation.
Commitment – How does an organization win the loyalty of its consumers so
that they dont have to doubt the reliability of the product? How do we ensure
that we hire engineers interested in new ways to approach the problem, as opposed to just imitating what others have already done. Then, how do we give
them sufficient reason to choose to spend the remainder of their professional
career with us.
Collaboration – How do we provide the culture, incentives and tools so that individual people can deliver the collective value of the entire organization – so that we are not wasting precious time and money reinventing wheels or solving problems that have already been solved? If our engineers can spend their time tailoring proven solutions and best practices to their clients’ unique circumstances, the clients will receive greater valued products.
So far, I have been successful in winning the hearts of our consumers, and in
future, with such a wonderful staff and our generous consumers, we will continue
to do so.
